I was sent the drivers name and contact details. (Reassuring for lone female traveler)
The driver also sent a message with his details close to pick up time. The driver was polite, very helpful, kept a good speed within limits, slowed down for every speed bump and did not use his phone once! On arrival at destination he was only to happy to help take luggage to the door. I would certainly recommend this company. I don't usually do reviews but this experience was so good I felt compelled.
