Company check the flight and already know my flight have been delay and arriving late instead of 10:30 in the morning it arrived at 2:20 in afternoon. We have a worst terrible flight, but when we were out at terminal, the driver already stand there holding my name.we are so happy because of having a thought that we were so late, they couldn't wait that long. And the driver was very nice, smiling face took my luggage and took us to a very nice, comfortable car. No surcharge or anythins else.
